These bands are GREAT! I have started using them for my accessory exercises (arms, shoulders, pullovers, etc.)
They are definitely a great addition to my kettlebells for my home workouts. They are durable, I LOVE that they are labeled for what weight they are.
One of my pet peeves with other bands is the labeling used: x-light, light, med, etc. The fact that they are labeled 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 lbs is great cause I like to track progress and advance accordingly.

Since Covid19 set in, I had become more accustomed to dipping donuts, rather than doing actual dips. Enough became enough ~ so, I invested in these resistance bands and they do not disappoint. It’s almost a week using them now. I really like it. I can do a whole lot of exercises from them, if you can also buy a workout bench you don’t necessarily need to go to gym till the COVID-19 calms down. I am going to use them instead of going to the gym. I would recommend it, it’s good quality.
