Every time I go to my PA she reads me in at 150/90 and I even told her I don’t believe her readings.
During my first visit, she was actually stressing me out and took it towards the end of my visit and it went to 169. She said to start taking my own readings and show her when I go back.
Well, this is proof I am not as high as she gets on a regular basis. I refuse to go on meds unless it is a life or death situation.

I just started using the product and will be posting update to my high blood pressure reading.
My life is extremely stressful for many reasons and my blood climbed 10 points on the high and 5 on the lower due to this. Doctor wanted me to start taking a prescription, I wanted to try this first. I will update with results over the next few months.
